• Design and configure SAP HANA FIN TR solutions to meet client needs, ensuring successful project delivery and high-quality results.
• Understand and analyze business requirements to develop effective solutions that meet client expectations and leverage business and industry knowledge.
• Develop and implement comprehensive solutions, working across technical design, development, and implementation to ensure simplicity, amplification, and maintainability.
• Embody IBM core values while delivering project goals, building trust with clients and team members through knowledge, self-awareness, respect, clear communications, inclusivity, curiosity, and innovation.

Bachelor's Degree

• Deep Expertise in SAP HANA FIN TR:
  Proven ability to implement and configure SAP HANA FIN TR solutions, with a deep understanding of the system and hands‑on experience in delivering high‑quality results and trusted business advice.
• Business and Industry Knowledge:
  Experience with leveraging business and industry knowledge to develop effective solutions that meet client expectations and integrate packaged technology solutions.
• Techno‑Functional Solution Expertise:
  Proven ability to design and configure solutions that meet client needs, ensuring successful project delivery and high‑quality results.
• Strategic Solution Development:
  Experience with developing strategic solutions that meet client needs, working across technical design, development, and implementation to ensure simplicity, amplification, and maintainability.
• Comprehensive Solution Delivery:
  Proven ability to develop and implement comprehensive solutions, leveraging knowledge of SAP HANA FIN TR and working with the latest technologies.

• Business Process Expertise:
  Experience with business process analysis and design, leveraging industry knowledge to develop effective solutions that meet client expectations and integrate packaged technology solutions.
• Industry Knowledge:
  Deep understanding of industry trends and challenges, with the ability to apply this knowledge to develop strategic solutions that meet client needs.
• Technical Solution Development:
  Experience with developing technical solutions that meet client needs, working across technical design, development, and implementation to ensure simplicity, amplification, and maintainability.
