As a Data Orchestration Manager within the Data & AI practice at Accenture Song, you will lead teams delivering decision science, experimentation, and AI-driven decisioning that improves HCP and patient experiences and drives measurable commercial impact. You will partner with strategy, creative, product, engineering, and Life Sciences stakeholders to frame business problems into decision frameworks and operationalize analytics and AI solutions across omnichannel engagement, field, digital, and journey touchpoints, in a privacy and compliance-aware environment.

- Design and guide solutions such as next‑best‑action, personalization/recommendations, segmentation, propensity/uplift models, churn/retention, and journey optimization.
- Own measurement and experimentation strategy to quantify impact (test design, incrementality, causal methods).
- Partner with data and ML engineering to product ionize solutions (data requirements, pipelines, model monitoring, retraining triggers, governance).
- Communicate insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders with clear implications and actions.
- Contribute to proposals and practice‑building (playbooks, accelerators, reusable assets).
- 7+ years of relevant experience in data orchestration, with progressive responsibility leading work streams or teams
- 5+ years of experience in customer, marketing and/or commercial data domains, including experience with behavioural, journey, engagement and performance data in omnichannel environments. Candidates should have deep knowledge of marketing and commercial technology ecosystems, including CDPs, CRM, sales force platforms, media platforms, digital analytics tools, and foundational data concepts (data models, pipelines, governance)
- 3+ years of experience leading measurement and decision frameworks, including KPIs, OKRs, attribution, incrementality, experimentation, regression and MMM
- 3+ years of experience supporting Life Sciences clients, with exposure across marketing, sales, medical or broader commercial functions
- Advanced degree preferred
- Experience designing, building or leading AI‑ and GenAI‑enabled solutions, including foundation models, decisioning systems, personalization engines or automation applied to marketing, sales or medical engagement
- Strong familiarity with Life Sciences commercial strategy and analytics, including HCP and patient engagement models, field effectiveness, brand performance and NBRx‑related analytics
- Experience leading cross‑functional teams across creative, CX, marketing, sales, medical, data and technology to operationalize analytics and AI at scale
