Hybrid Work Arrangement

This position will be a hybrid work arrangement. You will receive 18 remote workdays per quarter to use at your discretion, subject to manager approval. For example, you may choose to work in the office four days per week and take one remote day weekly (typically 13 weeks per quarter), leaving five additional remote days to be used as needed.

Position Summary

We are seeking a Director of Digital Client Experience to lead the development and ongoing optimization of our digital client platform. In this role, you will ensure investors have a secure, intuitive, and seamless experience accessing documents, reports, and data. You will work cross‑functionally with Investor Relations, Operations, Technology, and Compliance to deliver a best‑in‑class digital experience that reflects our firm’s standards.

What

You’ll Do
  • Lead the overall roadmap and execution for our digital client portal and online tools.
  • Enhance end‑to‑end digital experiences across client‑facing platforms.
  • Oversee portal onboarding/offboarding, user access, and investor support.
  • Partner with IR, IT, Compliance, and Fund Administration to improve functionality, UX, and system performance.
  • Coordinate with portal vendors and third‑party administrators to maintain service levels and manage updates.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy, cybersecurity requirements, and investor confidentiality standards.
  • Produce and distribute usage analytics and insights to support communication strategies.
  • Build and lead a high‑performing digital client experience team.
  • Work with Engineering and Architecture teams to align database and performance needs with portal strategy.
What We’re Looking For
  • 10+ years of experience in investor relations, fintech, data management, or IT operations within financial services or private equity.
  • Management experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead cross‑functional product, design, and engineering initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of private‑equity structures, fund data, and investor reporting.
  • Experience managing digital platforms or SaaS tools, including user flows and feature prioritization.
  • Familiarity with data feeds, APIs, and digital data delivery.
  • Excellent project management, attention to detail, and discretion with sensitive information.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a service‑oriented approach.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

Salary Range

This USD base salary range represents only one component of total compensation for this role and is provided in accordance with local requirements. This role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, which is determined based on individual and overall firm performance. In addition to salary and bonus, total compensation may include eligibility for long‑term reward programs and a comprehensive total rewards package that may include retirement, health, insurance, paid time off, and wellness programs.

Our total rewards offerings are influenced by several business factors, and eligibility for certain components will vary by position and geography. Please note the posted ranges do not apply outside the U.S. and should not be converted to other currencies as a proxy for compensation in other countries.
