Position Overview

The Senior Program Manager is a strategic leader within the GTM Strategy team responsible for driving enterprise-wide GTM process excellence, policy definition, performance visibility, and cross‑functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. This role leads complex, cross‑functional programs that improve revenue execution across the full customer lifecycle—from demand generation through renewal and expansion—ensuring scalable processes, measurable outcomes, and sustained adoption.

Responsibilities

GTM Process & Operating frameworks
  • Design, standardize, and govern core GTM processes & policies (e.g., lead management, pipeline lifecycle, renewals, expansion)
  • Define ownership, handoffs, stage criteria, and accountability models for key revenue motions
  • Identify execution gaps and drive scalable, cross‑functional improvements
  • Deliver clear process documentation, playbooks, and operating frameworks
Program Leadership & Execution
  • Own end-to-end program lifecycle: scope, roadmap, milestones, risk management, and execution
  • Manage cross‑functional dependencies and drive alignment among senior stakeholders
  • Provide structured executive updates, decision briefs, and measurable success metrics
Performance Management & Systems Alignment
  • Define target metrics for process & tools adoption and drive targeted actions
  • Partner with Operations and Technology teams to align systems and workflows to process design
  • Establish standardized GTM metrics and reporting frameworks aligned to GTM processes (e.g., conversion, pipeline health, deal velocity, renewals)
Minimum Qualifications
  • 8-10 years in Program Management, GTM/Revenue Operations, or Strategy roles
  • Deep business domain expertise across both processes and systems in Sales, Marketing and Customer Success functions
  • Proven track record leading enterprise‑scale, cross‑functional initiatives that drove revenue growth
  • Strong program management discipline (road mapping, risk mitigation, stakeholder alignment, change management)
  • Experience influencing Director/VP‑level stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with CRM‑based GTM environments (Salesforce preferred)
  • Excellent executive communication and documentation skills

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.

-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $102,000 and $182,710. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
