  • Build scalable reporting solutions that reduce manual work while increasing the depth and accessibility of insights across the organization.
Marketing & Video Analysis
  • Support marketing analytics initiatives by measuring campaign performance, audience acquisition, and engagement across digital channels.
  • Conduct comprehensive performance analyses across all digital channels using tools including Emplifi, Tubular, You Tube Analytics, GA4, Mixpanel, Looker Studio, and native streaming platform analytics.
  • Identify content performance patterns, audience behaviors, and growth opportunities through deep‑dive investigations into viewership data, engagement metrics, and audience demographics.

  • Provide insights on audience segmentation, targeting strategies, and messaging effectiveness to inform marketing planning and execution.
Business Impact
  • Translate complex data findings into clear, compelling narratives and strategic recommendations for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Partner with content, marketing, and product teams to test hypotheses, evaluate new content formats, and optimize distribution strategies.
  • Drive data‑informed decisions on content investments, including recommendations to sunset underperforming series, develop new formats, or adjust content structure and pacing.
  • Provide analytical support for budget planning, forecasting, and goal‑setting across digital channels.
Required What You’ll Need
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital analytics, with significant focus on video content and social media platforms.
  • Expert‑level proficiency with You Tube Analytics and at least two years of hands‑on experience with platforms like Emplifi, Tubular, GA4, Mixpanel, or similar analytics tools.
  • Proven track record of building automated dashboards and reporting systems (experience with Looker Studio & Tableau).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from large, complex datasets.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data findings to diverse audiences.
  • Self‑starter mentality with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred
  • Experience with OTT platform analytics (Tubi, Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, Roku, Apple TV, etc.).

  • Background in content strategy, digital media, or entertainment.
  • Understanding of video production workflows and content optimization techniques.
  • Experience with A/B testing and experiment design.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics, campaign measurement, and attribution modeling.
