Solutions Architect

Akkodis is seeking a Solutions Architect for a Contract onsite role in Boston, MA
. This role coordinates HR technology vendors, collaborates closely with business stakeholders, and ensures architectural alignment with enterprise standards. The ideal candidate will design architecture diagrams, analyze application landscapes, and support HR systems integrations while acting as a bridge between business SMEs, technical teams, and vendor partners.

$53/hour to $60/hour

• Leading application architecture design for HR technology solutions and ensuring alignment with enterprise standards
• Creating detailed architecture diagrams and documentation for Architecture Review Board (ARB) evaluations
• Gathering requirements from HR business partners and translating them into technical architectures
• Coordinating vendor onboarding, managing issues, and maintaining smooth communication flow between vendors, IT teams, and business SMEs
• Ensuring seamless system integrations and alignment of HR technology platforms to business objectives
• Managing multiple parallel initiatives, maintaining timelines, and driving solution clarity across teams
• Communicating technical concepts effectively to non‑technical stakeholders

• 10+ years of experience with HR Technology architecture
• Strong understanding of HR systems, vendor ecosystems, and enterprise integration patterns
• Experience designing architecture diagrams, solution blueprints, and technical documentation
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication capabilities
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture standards and best practices
• Ability to coordinate across vendors, IT, and business stakeholders in complex environments
