We are searching for a contractor to join the Insights & Analytics team to serve as Website and Digital Media Analytics Manager, supporting a blend of analytics operations, tagging governance, and channel performance reporting. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring that data collected across various digital touchpoints is captured, structured, and made analytics-ready in alignment with the enterprise measurement strategy.
The contractor will partner cross-functionally with various analytics, marketing, agency, operations, and privacy teams to operationalize scalable and compliant data capture and measurement processes. The ideal candidate demonstrates high analytical horsepower with a keen attention to detail and commitment to being thorough and accurate.
The ideal candidate will have expertise with Google Tag/Google Analytics, have the ability to write SQL code, and have experience with Power BI and Snowflake.
KeyDuties and Responsibilities:
- Lead tagging & taxonomy operations across various digital touchpoints, including web, email, and media- ensuring data capture frameworks align to cross-brand measurement objectives and analytics needs
- Oversee agency and vendor tagging processes
, partnering with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure tagging specs, trafficking sheets, and measurement standards are deployed accurately across campaigns - Manage website analytics operations, overseeing vendor-led Google Analytics tagging and configuration efforts to ensure website performance data is captured and made analytics-ready
- Partner with privacy and legal teams to ensure data is collected, stored, and reported compliantly
- Own data quality assurance across various third‑party media data feeds, validating weekly publisher files are ingested cleanly and on‑time while being mapped appropriately to analytics measurement standards
- Deliver channel‑specific analytics projects and ad‑hoc reporting across various web, email, and digital media initiatives
Skills:
- 3‑5+ experience in digital marketing analytics operations and reporting
- Deep familiarity with digital measurement strategies, tagging, and taxonomy frameworks
- Experience partnering with various internal and external stakeholders on various end‑to‑end analytics projects
- 5+ years of web analytics platform experience, such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
- Fundamental understanding of privacy, consent, and data compliance considerations and process
- Pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience preferred
- Experience with tag management systems such as Tealium or Google Tag Manager preferred
$70-$75/hr
