Apex Systems, a global Technology Services leader, is looking for an IT Systems Specialist for a large life sciences client. This long‑term contract role is on site in Boston, MA.

• Computer Systems Quality Documentation:
  Create and maintain documentation aligned with regulatory and Info Sec standards
• Computer Systems Validation (CSV):
  Author and execute protocols, IVI, SOP
• Cross‑Functional
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Work with infrastructure, Info Sec, and compliance teams to ensure audit‑readiness
• Network Troubleshooting:
  Diagnose and resolve complex network issues

• Windows:
  Server/Desktop, Active Directory, Group Policy, Power Shell
• Experience with ticketing (Service Now, JIRA) and collaboration tools such as Teams and Share Point
• Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, SNMP
• Validation Tools:
  Document control systems, change management workflows

• Familiarity with ITIL, GMP Regulations
• Experience in regulated industries preferred but not required
• Experience with Intune System Administration or related tools
• Basic Ubuntu System Administration Experience

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting mindset
• Excellent written communication for documentation
• Self‑starter with ability to work across teams
