Harnham is partnered with a profitable, high-growth Health Tech organisation hiring their first BI / Data Analyst to build and own their reporting and analytics capability from the ground up.
Backed by a 30+ year care‑management business supporting 5,000+ families nationwide, the company is now investing in proprietary software and AI‑enabled insights, with plans for future SaaS expansion. This is an early hire with equity and direct exposure to the CTO.
THE ROLEReporting to the CTO, you will take ownership of building scalable reporting and dashboards that drive operational and clinical decision‑making.
Key Responsibilities:- Build reporting and dashboards from scratch for clinicians and leadership
- Develop and maintain SQL‑based datasets across operational and clinical systems
- Integrate data from GA, Hub Spot, legacy platforms, and referral sources
- Create clear, actionable insights from messy, real‑world data
- Support reporting transformation (Tableau currently; potential Looker migration)
- Partner cross‑functionally with engineers, clinicians, and executives
- Contribute to early AI‑enabled analytics initiatives
This is a hands‑on BI‑focused role with strong visibility and ownership.
YOUR PROFILERequired:
- 5–8+ years’ experience in BI / Analytics
- Experience building reports and dashboards end‑to‑end
- Comfortable working with unstructured or inconsistent datasets
- Experience in a lean or fast‑paced environment
Healthcare or AI/ML exposure
