- Invent and bring new technology solutions to life. Take new ideas from concept to delivery and production launch with dependencies spanning 10+ organizations.
- Own end-to-end delivery. Apply project management and Agile methodology skills to track program delivery. Drive stakeholders and teams to decisions in ambiguous situations, including resource negotiation and priority alignment.
- Guide architecture and technical design. Act as the technical interface between software development, Product Management, and our customers.
- Make the right trade-offs. Understand diverse stakeholder perspectives and work to resolve differences while ensuring we ship software without compromising customer experience, usability, or business impact.
- Delight your customers by internalizing our customer challenges and identifying opportunities for simplification and innovation to drive better outcomes.
- Mentor. Grow and develop other TPMs across the organization.
About the team:
Workforce Solutions (WS) empowers our customers by providing integrated, people-focused solutions that streamline hiring processes for WW Stores, AWS, Devices, and Talent Acquisition. As stewards of the employee lifecycle and experience, we drive initiatives that promote transparency and efficiency in career mobility, workforce engagement, and operational needs management. We prioritize customer‑centricity by tailoring our capabilities and processes to align with their preferences and behaviors.

Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams.
- 3+ years of software development experience.
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams.
- Experience managing programs across cross‑functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience.
- Experience managing projects across cross‑functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules.
- Experience defining KPIs/SLA’s used to drive multi‑million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
