Technical BSA – InsuranceNow Production Support Squad

We are looking for, onshore Technical Business Systems Analysts (BSAs) with deep Guidewire Insurance Now experience
. Both roles require excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with business-facing BAs, product owners, and engineering leads
.

These are hands-on, technical BSA roles
; not pure documentation or coordination roles.

This BSA will be embedded full-time with the Insurance Now Production Support squad
, acting as the primary BSA for run/support work.

• Triage and analysis of production incidents and defects
• Partnering with business BAs to verify impact, urgency, and priority of issues
• Performing root cause analysis and documenting functional and technical findings
• Validating edge cases, downstream impacts, and regression risks
• Refining and clarifying acceptance criteria for production fixes
• Ensuring tickets are well-defined, testable, and ready for development
• Translating production issues into clear, actionable technical stories
• Supporting QA validation and helping confirm fixes meet business expectations
• Identifying patterns in production issues and proactively recommending improvements

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
