Technical BSA – InsuranceNow Feature Squads; Shared

We are looking for, onshore Technical Business Systems Analysts (BSAs) with deep Guidewire Insurance Now experience
. Both roles require excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with business-facing BAs, product owners, and engineering leads
.

These are hands-on, technical BSA roles
; not pure documentation or coordination roles.

This BSA will be a shared technical resource across multiple Insurance Now feature squads
, supporting new development and enhancements.

Key responsibilities include:

• Acting as a technical BSA partner for feature teams working in Insurance Now
• Collaborating with business BAs to translate business requirements into technical stories
• Leading story refinement and backlog grooming from a technical perspective
• Defining and validating acceptance criteria
  , edge cases, and negative scenarios
• Ensuring stories are implementation-ready before entering sprint
• Supporting developers by clarifying Insurance Now behavior, configuration impacts, and integrations
• Identifying cross-team dependencies and reducing ambiguity early
• Helping maintain consistency in how Insurance Now requirements are written and implemented
• Serving as a trusted onshore point of contact for business and engineering stakeholders

• Strong, proven Guidewire Insurance Now experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Comfortable working directly with business BAs and product partners
• Able to operate independently with low-medium guidance and add structure to ambiguous problem spaces
• Technical enough to partner effectively with developers and QA
