We are looking for a UX Researcher who is a true advocate for the end‑user. You'll bring 6+ years of relevant experience to the table, specifically within enterprise‑level organizations, where you've navigated complex systems and diverse stakeholder groups with ease.

You aren't just a data collector; you are a customer‑focused storyteller with strong people skills. Because the enterprise landscape moves fast, we need someone highly flexible and adaptable—someone who thrives in evolving environments and isn't afraid to pivot when the research points in a new direction.

What You'll Do
  • Drive Enterprise Impact:
Lead and execute high‑complexity research covering numerous user classes and personas to impact the user experience across the entire corporate ecosystem.
  • Champion the User Voice:
Ensure the end‑user stays at the heart of the solution development process, maintaining consistency with our overarching UX strategy.
  • Strategize & Influence:
Define and guide the UX strategy for a broad set of related solutions, influencing the design of complex systems involving diverse back‑end integrations.
  • Innovate & Adapt:
Stay ahead of new methods, technologies, and trends, determining how they can be applied to improve our research and design practices.
Major Duties
  • Mixed‑Method Research:
Conduct both subjective and objective research using qualitative and quantitative methods to gather deep end‑user insights.
  • Nontraditional Approaches:
Utilize nontraditional UX research methods, including time studies, to identify specific cost or time savings that go beyond traditional scopes.
  • Deep‑Dive Analysis:
Lead user interviews and deep‑dive research to uncover friction points in highly complex workflows.
  • Validation:
Perform usability/heuristic evaluations and validations across the entire product lifecycle.
  • Collaborative Communication:
Deliver actionable recommendations and priorities for user‑centric design through strong communication and collaboration.
  • Workflow Optimization:
Define highly usable workflows that align with our explicit design philosophy.
