Our Beauty Client is seeking a strategic and systems-savvy Senior Manager, Finance Transformation & Systems to drive innovation, scalability, and operational efficiency across the finance organization. This role sits at the intersection of financial planning, reporting, and enterprise systems, ensuring seamless integration between current and future-state processes.

This is a high-impact opportunity for a certified Anaplan Model Builder with strong SAP expertise to lead transformation initiatives, support critical system implementations, and influence how finance operates at scale.

• Anaplan Financial Modeling:
  Lead the design, build, and optimization of Anaplan models and dashboards to support forecasting, planning, and executive decision-making.
• SAP ERP Implementation:
  Partner cross-functionally on SAP ERP (S/4
  
  HANA) initiatives, ensuring alignment between financial planning, reporting, and system architecture.
• Transformation & Transition Support:
  Architect and implement Anaplan solutions that enable smooth transitions during system upgrades and evolving finance processes.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with Financial Reporting & Consolidation teams on ad hoc analysis, system enhancements, and strategic initiatives.
• Testing & Delivery Tracking:
  Drive Anaplan testing cycles, monitor progress against timelines, and proactively escalate risks or delays.
• SAP Functional Testing:
  Validate SAP financial reporting functionalities, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and operational efficiency.
• Change Management & Communication:
  Lead communication of system and process changes across the finance organization to ensure adoption, clarity, and alignment.

• Anaplan Model Builder Certification (Required)
• Proven hands-on experience with Anaplan financial modeling
• Strong experience with SAP ERP systems
• Exposure to or experience with SAP S/4
  
  HANA (Preferred)
• Demonstrated experience supporting finance transformation or system implementations

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a systems-thinking mindset
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (ability to influence senior leadership)
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional transformation initiatives
• Highly detail-oriented with a focus on process optimization and efficiency
• Experience bridging Finance + Technology (FP&A, Reporting, Systems integration)
