• Significant custody/asset servicing domain experience (typically 10+ years) with demonstrated delivery of multiple enterprise projects
• Deep understanding of securities lifecycle, settlement processes, corporate actions, income processing, FX, collateral management, and reconciliations
• Proven experience integrating with DTCC (DTC, NSCC), OCC, and other clearing/settlement systems
• Hands‑on experience with ISO 20022 migration/messaging, SWIFT FIN/MT and structured/unstructured address enhancements
• Strong experience producing high‑quality functional specs, data mappings, and integration designs
• Technical fluency with XML/ISO
  20022 schemas, SWIFT standards, APIs/REST, SQL, and common middleware (IBM MQ, Kafka, ETL tools)
• Solid experience in Agile delivery, JIRA, Confluence, and test‑driven delivery practices
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills; experience leading workshops and steering committees
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
