- 7–12+ years technical PM experience
- Prior experience implementing:
- Cornerstone
- SAP Success Factors LMS
- Adobe Experience Manager (CMS side)
- Understanding of:
- Workflow setup
- Experience integrating with:
- HRIS systems
- CRM platforms
- Identity management systems
- Data reporting tools
- Understanding of:
- Content lifecycle workflows
- Metadata/taxonomy
- Version control
- Publishing governance
- Managing complex rollout phases:
- UAT
- Training
- Experience with agile or hybrid delivery models
- Very detail-oriented
- Strong at vendor coordination
- Able to translate technical system limitations into business language
