Production Support Engineer

The Production Support Engineer will be responsible for managing daily production support issues across Risk and Investments systems, monitoring applications and system health, investigating and resolving technical errors, performing root cause analysis for production issues, and documenting processes related to production support tasks. This role will also involve collaborating with IT partners to automate software delivery processes and supporting users with internal development platform and tools.

• 2-5+ years of related work experience in a financial services business environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, and colleagues.
• A desire to learn about Investment Functions and identify opportunities for improvements through technology.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new skills.
• Working knowledge of Mendix, Python, and SQL.
• Some understanding of Investments front office.
• Some knowledge of investments including bonds and derivatives.
