Role: Infrastructure Operations Team Leader
Location: Hybrid – Boston, MA (minimum 3 days onsite)
Salary: $130,000 – $152,000 base (USD)
Requirements / Qualifications- 3+ years of experience in a leadership role managing technical or infrastructure operations teams
- Strong technical knowledge across IT infrastructure including servers, networks, storage, and cloud services
- Hands-on experience with Windows, Linux, Active Directory, DNS
, and core infrastructure services - Proven experience leading 2nd and 3rd line support teams in a global or enterprise environment
- Experience with incident management, problem management, and service delivery aligned to KPIs and SLAs
- Strong understanding of IT service governance
, risk management, and compliance (e.g., GDPR, ISO, SOC2, PCI-DSS) - Experience managing third-party vendors and service agreements
- Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
The Infrastructure Operations Team Leader will lead and manage a regional Infrastructure Operations team, ensuring the stability, health, and performance of Computershare’s global infrastructure services. This role is responsible for incident and request management, operational support, service governance, and driving continuous improvement across infrastructure operations.
You’ll work closely with global teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to align technology services with business needs, improve operational frameworks, and support a 24/7 global infrastructure model.
This role requires you to be based in the United States.
