Data Services Lead, Director

Location: 100% remote for those living in the states of MA, RI, NH, VT, ME, NJ, NY, NC, FL, MD, VA, PN

Triverus is looking for a Data Services Lead to play a key role in supporting the growth of our data services by defining the services strategy, delivering those services to clients, and supporting the marketing and business development functions. This individual will support Triverus’s growth by applying their data, technology, and consulting subject matter expertise to ensuring that our data services align to the vision of Triverus, the three truths, and our values.

• Led, managed and/or supported data consulting engagements in data analytics and have a deep understanding of how engagements are managed and delivered to successful completion
• Driven architectural decisions and implemented data warehousing, data integration and data analytics solutions
• Recently worked in a consulting environment and understand the demands, desires, challenges and satisfaction of being a consultant
• An understanding of the benefits, challenges and the support required working in a matrixed environment
• The ability to undertake complex challenges and deliver measurable results
• Experience working with and/or knowledge of the latest data technologies and tools and understanding of both their benefits and limitations to support client needs
• Deep care, empathy and affinity for people

• Define and prioritize Triverus’ data services
• Identify, create, harvest and curate delivery accelerations
• Evangelize key aspects of data services throughout the organization to support company-wide adoption
• Lead the delivery of our services to our clients, support colleague growth in data analytics and maintain expertise and skills
• Support the business development function by delivering services messages to clients, developing proposals, reviewing proposals and support lead generation
• Support the marketing function by developing thought leadership, supporting social media activities and identify outreach events
• Support colleague development by defining data analytics learning and growth plans
• Supporting recruiting efforts for data analytics professionals

• Programming: SQL, Python

A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role is $170-200k. Actual compensation will depend upon factors, such as, individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location. The salary range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
