Job Description As a member of the BCG X A&A team, you will collaborate with consulting teams on a variety of advanced analytics topics. You will utilize analytical methodologies to provide value to BCG's Consulting teams and Practice Areas by offering analytics subject matter expertise and support for accelerated execution. Your responsibilities will include gathering requirements, designing, developing, and delivering analytic solutions to meet client needs.

You will also provide technical support by leveraging your understanding of data analytics solutions to create high-quality and efficient analytic solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with case teams and acquire deep expertise in at least one analytics topic
- Define expected analytics outcomes and approach selection
- Deliver original analysis and insights, integrating with case teams
- Communicate analytical insights through synthesis and packaging of results
- Lead work streams independently or with minimal supervision
- Support business development activities and generate leads
- Guide juniors on analytical methodologies and platforms
- Contribute to team's content & IP development
- Impart technical trainings to team members and consulting cohort

Qualifications

Required:

- Bachelor/Master's degree in a field linked to business analytics, statistics, economics, operations research, computer science, engineering, or related field- 2-4 years of relevant industry work experience in providing analytics solutions
- Prior work experience in a global organization, preferably in a professional services organization in a data analytics role
- Demonstrated depth in one or more industries such as Retail, CPG, Healthcare, Telco, etc.
