Epic Beaker AP Analyst

Title: Epic Beaker AP Analyst (Contract) - Job#5905

Location: Providence, RI / Hybrid Remote

Our client, located in Boston, MA has an immediate need for an Epic Beaker AP Analyst to join their team.

• Lead recurring status meetings with lab operational leaders, provide clear progress updates, identify and resolve issues.
• Prepare for the transition from CoPath to AP Beaker by comparing workflows, identifying gaps, and identifying impactful changes in specimen tracking, processing, and resulting.
• Organize cross team collaboration with Optime and Radiant for updates to the specimen navigator to leverage - Beaker functionality, including order visibility, standardization of specimen description and preparation for default protocol selection in the lab.
• Work with Third party vendors to ensure connectivity requirements and testing timelines are met.
• Engage and align stakeholders from pathology, IT, laboratory, and clinical teams to define requirements and achieve consensus across the Health System.

• Strong experience implementing the Epic Beaker AP (Anatomic Pathology) Module.
• Seeking Project Manager experience
• Epic AP Beaker certification required
• PMP certification preferred
• Experience having implemented Anatomic Pathology (AP) Beaker
• Lab/pathology bench experience preferred
• Hybrid position, remote with travel on-site in Boston for kick-off and important milestone meeting, about once/month
