We are seeking an IT Business Analyst with 3–5 years of experience to support both project initiatives and business-as-usual (BAU) activities. This individual will play a key role in gathering and translating business requirements, supporting financial systems, and contributing to complex project implementations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and facilitate business requirements gathering sessions
- Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements
- Support large, complex projects from conception through implementation
- Provide ongoing BAU support to develop and maintain deep application knowledge
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in Agile environments
- Assist with system enhancements, integrations, and financial system optimization
- 3–5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working in Agile development environments
- Experience supporting financial applications or transactional finance systems
- Ability to balance project work with ongoing operational support
- Private equity experience
- Management fee and carry waterfall calculations
