Overview
We’re looking for a hands-on Infrastructure Operations Lead who thrives in complex environments and knows how to keep systems running smoothly while guiding a team through change. This role blends technical depth, leadership, and strategic thinking.

- Leads by example, mentoring others and setting a high technical bar
- Builds strong relationships with customers, senior leaders, and cross-functional teams
- Adapts easily and helps teams navigate technology and organizational change
- Thinks strategically, aligning infrastructure decisions with business goals
- Keeps systems modern, secure, and compliant with cloud and security standards
- Lead day-to-day infrastructure operations and team performance
- Own the infrastructure ticketing queue and ensure timely delivery of data center tasks
- Drive automation, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Mentor and support engineers, fostering growth and strong team culture
- Partner with IT leadership and business stakeholders on operational strategy
- Ensure high availability through monitoring, capacity planning, and proactive maintenance
- Participate in incident response and on-call rotations with clear executive communication
- Support IT projects and ensure operational readiness
- Perform hands-on data center tasks including hardware provisioning and maintenance
- Experience leading enterprise-scale infrastructure services and teams
- Strong ability to communicate technical risk to business audiences
- Hands-on experience with virtualization, VDI, storage, backup, Windows, Linux, and hypervisors
- Disaster recovery planning and execution experience
- Working knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Request)
- Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF)
- Excellent communication and people leadership skills
- Experience operating within SOC1 or regulated environments
- Ability to prioritize effectively under pressure
Education:
Experience:
3–5 years in a team lead or people management role
