You’ll build a new data warehouse from scratch, unify multiple legacy data sources, and partner directly with the CTO + co‑founders to power AI‑driven insights that help clinicians deliver better outcomes for an aging population. • Build an enterprise‑grade data warehouse from the ground up
• Consolidate data from Google Analytics, Hub Spot, an aging legacy platform (ISH), and clinical systems
• Architect ETL workflows and pipelines
• Create the reporting layer (Looker preferred; Tableau currently in use)
• Write highly complex SQL across Postgre
  
  SQL / server environments
• Partner with engineering, care‑management leaders, and product to turn clinical + operational data into actionable insights
• Play a major role in AI‑powered analytics for care‑note analysis & risk scoring
• Operate as the sole data expert initially — huge ownership, huge impact

• 5–8+ years building data warehouses / analytics stacks
• Experience with messy, real-world datasets and designing robust structures
• ETL workflow experience preferred (Airflow, dbt, or similar — flexible)
• Comfort in lean, scrappy, start‑up environments
• Curiosity around AI / ML concepts
  
  Strong communication + ability to partner cross‑functionally

• Founding data hire — sit 2x/week with CTO & co‑founders
• Founders have already successfully exited similar start-ups and have the foundations of another success here
