Pixability is looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our Product team. We are a customer-facing Product Management team that works directly with agencies and brands to solve modern You Tube advertising challenges — across planning, activation, contextual alignment, suitability, measurement, and optimization. This role is deeply rooted in DV360 workflows. DV360 experience is required.
Who You AreYou are fluent in the digital advertising ecosystem and feel at home in the details — especially You Tube and Google's ad stack. You keep up to date with new technologies and love working on new products. You are energized by customer problems and can translate those problems into products that are simple, powerful, and measurable. You are excited about GenAI and agentic product experiences and want to build tools that reduce manual work, accelerate decision-making, and help media teams operate more efficiently.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Own a core You Tube product area:
Drive end-to-end product ownership for a key area of the Pixability You Tube platform (e.g., contextual suitability, planning, activation workflows, performance optimization, reporting/insights). - Be deeply customer-connected:
Spend meaningful time with agencies and brands to understand how they plan and buy You Tube; care about outcomes for our customers. - Understand product management best practices:
Own Agile delivery across assigned initiatives, translate product direction into clear, actionable requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting context) for engineering teams; track progress against sprint and delivery goals; surface risks, tradeoffs, and dependencies; support release readiness and validate that shipped work meets requirements and quality standards. - Build for DV360 users:
Design products and workflows that improve the lived reality of DV360-based You Tube buying; partner with Customer Success to ensure adoption and measurable value. - Bring GenAI and automation into the workflow:
Identify high-impact manual or repetitive steps where automation can add value; ship AI features responsibly with clear controls, transparency, and measurable impact. - Deliver products end-to-end:
Work with Engineering and Design to ship quickly and iterate based on customer feedback; partner with Product Marketing to position and launch new capabilities; define and track success metrics (adoption, efficiency gains, performance lift, retention).
Required
:
