Senior DevOps Engineer; Azure DevOps, Kubernetes

We’re partnering with a rapidly growing AI/ML-driven Fin Tech company in Downtown Boston that’s transforming how financial data is processed and analyzed. The team is scaling up their cloud infrastructure and looking for a Senior Azure Dev Ops Engineer to play a key role in designing and securing their next-generation platform.

• Design, build, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines using Azure Dev Ops.
• Manage and optimize infrastructure across Azure services, including AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service).
• Implement Infrastructure as Code with Terraform for reproducible, secure environments.
• Drive best practices around cloud security, identity management, and policy enforcement.
• Partner closely with engineering and data science teams to streamline deployment of ML workloads.
• Take ownership of monitoring, logging, and system reliability across environments.

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Azure Dev Ops in production environments.
• Strong background with AKS, Terraform, and containerized workloads.
• Deep understanding of Azure cloud security (networking, RBAC, Key Vault, policies).
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools, Git, and scripting in Power Shell, Python, or Bash.
• Experience supporting high‑availability, data‑intensive systems in a regulated industry a plus.
