IT Consultant, Cloud Computing, Systems Analyst

We’re looking for a Salesforce Consultant who shares our values and has led Salesforce implementations and projects end-to-end. This is a dynamic and fast-paced role where you’ll utilize your expertise, experience, problem-solving abilities, and creative flair to advise, design, build, deliver, support, and maintain our clients’ Salesforce environments. Consultants work with multiple clients at a time. They serve as the main point-of-contact, take the lead in executing and managing projects, and are the subject matter experts for all things Salesforce.
Consultants lead clients in business process reviews, requirements gathering sessions, solution design, configuration (declarative, not custom code development), user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, training, and post-implementation support.
This is a remote, full-time role. Candidates must reside in the United States.
Responsibilities- Manage 8-10 projects or clients at a time.
- Deliver projects that exceed expectations through clear, proactive, and responsive communication.
- Quickly recognize unforeseen challenges, understand their scope, identify the right solution(s), and adapt to solve the problem.
- Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, adapting and changing quickly.
- Serve as the main point-of-contact on projects and manage implementations end-to-end.
- A minimum of four (4) years of experience working as a Salesforce Consultant or Salesforce Administrator.
- Experience includes serving as the main point-of-contact on projects and managing implementations end-to-end.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in a startup environment.
- Experience with Salesforce suite including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Nonprofit Cloud, Account Engagement (Pardot), and Experience Cloud.
- Sales and/or Service Cloud Consultant certifications.
