In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior developers and stakeholders to understand existing automation processes and their underlying logic.
• Design and develop
  new UiPath automations from scratch
  , ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Perform
  routine maintenance
  , updates, and optimizations on existing UiPath robots and workflows.
• Troubleshoot and debug automation issues, providing timely resolutions.
• Assist in the development and implementation of
  automation strategies
  , frameworks, and standards.
• Document all automation changes, enhancements, and deployments for auditing and future reference.
• Participate in
  testing and validation to ensure all automations meet quality and performance standards.
• Stay current with the latest
  UiPath features, components, and best practices to support continuous improvement.
• Contribute to training materials, knowledge-sharing sessions, and documentation efforts.
• Provide guidance and support to
  junior team members as needed.

Bachelor's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise

• 5+ years
  of experience in
  RPA development using Ui Path .
• Bachelor’s degree in
  Computer Science
  ,
  Information Technology
  , or a related discipline.
• Solid understanding of
  UiPath Studio
  ,
  Orchestrator
  , and
  Robots
  .
• Familiarity with programming languages such asC#,
  Python
  , or
  Java
  .
• Good understanding of
  data structures
  , algorithms, and software design principles.
• Strong analytical and
  problem-solving skills
  with attention to detail.
• Effective
  communication skills
  and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Self-driven and eager to
  learn and grow within the RPA domain.

• UiPath certifications such as
  UiPath Advanced Developer
  or
  UiPath RPA Developer
  .
• Experience with
  API integrations
  ,
  Document Understanding
  ,
  AI Center
  , or advanced UiPath components.
• Exposure to
  process mining
  , discovery tools, or intelligent automation frameworks.
• Experience contributing to
  RPA governance
  , best practices, and reusable component libraries.
• Ability to coach and mentor junior developers on UiPath standards and methods.
