What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Assist in the discovery and qualification of sales opportunities with new and existing customers
  • Provide deep knowledge and expertise in the Service Now platform to support sales efforts
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations that align with business outcomes
  • Lead discovery workshops to identify customer challenges and propose effective solutions

What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 7 years of pre‑sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience
  • Proficiency with the Service Now platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions

  • Strong territory management skills, including pipeline building
  • Ability to work collaboratively with product management and professional services teams
