Opportunity Overview:

We seeking an Application Analyst to support a mission-critical enterprise in Boston. This full-time contract role focuses on system analysis, application administration, and providing hands-on support for complex operational workflows. You work in a hybrid environment while contributing to the smooth operation of key business processes.

This position provides exposure to a complex enterprise application and offers opportunities to grow your technical and functional expertise. Ideal candidates are problem-solvers who enjoy troubleshooting, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving system improvements. 12 Months

• Experience in system analysis, application administration, or application support
• Knowledge of enterprise scheduling, workforce, or operations management software
• Troubleshooting application issues and providing 2nd-level support
• User access provisioning and environment configuration experience
• Ability to perform ad-hoc queries and generate reports
• Strong communication, documentation, and customer service skills

• Exposure to database management or batch process scheduling
• Knowledge of server or network infrastructure
• Experience creating runbooks, system guides, or technical documentation
• Participation in on-call support rotations
