A Machine Learning Researcher required to join an innovative start-up focused on driving cutting‑edge advancements in Large Language Models (LLMs), foundation models, and next‑generation AI architectures. If you have a PhD in AI/ML, Computer Science, or a related field, a strong research track record (ICML, NeurIPS, ICLR, etc.), and experience developing novel AI architectures, I want to hear from you!

• Lead fundamental research in LLMs, foundation models, and reinforcement learning.
• Design and develop novel AI architectures to push the boundaries of model efficiency and scalability.
• Develop models for AI reasoning, probabilistic models, and uncertainty quantification.
• Advance RL techniques for optimizing generative models and intelligent decision‑making.
• Collaborate with a world‑class AI/ML team to translate research into real‑world applications.

• PhD in AI/ML, Computer Science, or a closely related field.
• Deep expertise in LLMs, transformers, foundation models, and reinforcement learning.
• Must have proven research impact (first‑author papers at ICML, NeurIPS, ICLR, etc.)
• Experience designing new AI architectures beyond standard implementations.
• Strong coding skills in Python, PyTorch, JAX, or Tensor Flow.
