The RequirementYou will be a critical driver of US expansion, spearheading high-growth enterprise sales by identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities with major clients and strategic partners.
Your success will hinge on building deep relationships, understanding complex operational challenges, and providing tailored AI solutions that deliver clear, measurable ROI.
In this pivotal role, you will act as a strategic partner to our sales team, arming them with compelling business cases and technical insights, while collaborating cross-functionally to align our market strategy with product innovation and business objectives.
- Proven enterprise sales & pre-sales acumen: A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a combined enterprise sales and application engineering/pre-sales role, with a documented track record of selling complex, high-value technology or robotics solutions through consultative, ROI-based discussions.
- Deep supply chain & operational expertise: Strong understanding of supply chain logistics, warehouse operations, and their associated challenges, enabling you to credibly engage with operational and technical decision-makers on their own terms.
- Technical translator & strategic enabler: Ability to demystify AI, machine learning, and data analytics for non-technical audiences while developing the technical objection-handling guidelines and business cases needed to empower the broader sales team and secure stakeholder alignment.
- Collaborative growth driver: Demonstrated success in activating and collaborating with commercial teams to achieve high performance, coupled with a strategic, results-oriented mindset focused on market penetration and revenue growth.
