Senior Solutions Architect – Cybersecurity, Cloud & Network Infrastructure

Full-time Hybrid role in Massachusetts

Our client is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect with 10+ years of hands‑on experience across Cybersecurity, Cloud Platforms, and Network Infrastructure to design, secure, and modernize enterprise technology environments. This role combines deep technical expertise with client‑facing leadership, sales engineering support, and strategic advisory responsibilities.

Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer environments, requirements, risks, and business objectives.

Build and deliver solution architectures, client presentations, and technical demonstrations.

Partner with sales teams to shape solution strategies, validate requirements, and support deal execution.

Contribute to scope of work (SOW) development, estimates, and delivery approaches in collaboration with consulting and practice leaders.

Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing consultative guidance on security posture, cloud strategy, and infrastructure modernization.

Deep understanding of enterprise cybersecurity architectures covering network, cloud, identity, endpoint, and application security.

Lead security assessments, threat modeling, and risk analysis for on‑prem, hybrid, and cloud environments. Ability to architect and advise on Zero Trust, defense‑in‑depth, and secure‑by‑design strategies. Guide clients on security governance, compliance, and best practices aligned with industry frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO, CIS).

Proven experience architecting secure and scalable solutions across public, private, and hybrid cloud environments. Lead cloud platform design and migration initiatives across providers such as Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.

Basic understanding across enterprise network infrastructures, including LAN, WAN, SD‑WAN, VPN, and cloud connectivity. Understands concepts around on‑premises networks integration with cloud‑native networking services and security controls. Familiar with modern‑day architecture concepts such as secure network segmentation including secure access service edge, firewalls, load balancers, and ingress/egress controls.

10+ years of hands‑on experience in Cybersecurity, Cloud, and Network Infrastructure roles.

Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise‑scale security and infrastructure solutions.

Strong expertise in network security, firewalls, identity and access management, and cloud security controls.

Deep understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and hybrid architectures.

Excellent client communication skills with the ability to engage both technical teams and executive leadership.

Understanding of managed services with the ability to lead the discovery & scoping for our sales & consulting teams and present managed services solutions across IT, Database & cybersecurity.

Ability to travel to clients as needed.

Experience with Zero Trust architectures, SASE, and cloud‑native security services.

Background in consulting, systems integration, or sales engineering environments.

Familiarity with security compliance and regulatory standards relevant to enterprise customers.

Industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCSP, CISM, AWS/Azure/GCP Architect, CCNP/CCIE) are a plus.

Hands‑on skillsets within Cybersecurity and one or more of the following:
Infrastructure, Cloud, and Database to support consulting teams as needed on new project launches and assist with sales cycle alignment on deliverables and scoping requests as needed.
