As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be part of a high-energy team working on the front lines of our business—connecting with top engineering talent and helping staff vital national security programs.
What You’ll Do:
- Source and recruit highly cleared technical talent using tools like Boolean searches and our in-house techniques.
- Go beyond the office—meet candidates for coffee, host team events, and attend networking happy hours.
- Support programs focused on cutting-edge areas like AI, cyber, space, and secure communications.
- Stay organized, energized, and collaborative in a fast-paced, goal-oriented team.
