Note:

We are open to remote candidates during the contracting period. However, anyone interested in a permanent position would need to relocate.

• Perform Maintenance and Systems Administration for HPC cluster
• System Administration for HPC linux cluster
• Manage user jobs and cluster configuration using Slurm
• Assist researchers in job scheduling and troubleshooting Slurm job submissions
• Building and installing software on Linux Systems
• Working with support vendors to maintain systems
• Execute the migration/upgrade plan and validation procedure
• Monitor System Health and Proactively diagnose issues
• Create accounts and assist users in managing permissions

• 10+ years of experience as a Linux system administrator
• Experience with Slurm Job Scheduler
• Familiarity with shell scripting, cron
• Managing Cluster Storage Solutions
• WekaFS, and CEPH Familiarity
• Open on Demand experience
• Comfortable diagnosing and working on Client hardware

• Mid-Senior level
