We’re looking for a Marketing Campaign Developer to support the development and execution of email and print marketing campaigns using Adobe Campaign and related cross‑channel marketing platforms. This role supports campaign setup, quality assurance, and deployment while partnering closely with marketing, analytics, and creative teams.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the design, development, and execution of integrated cross‑channel marketing campaigns
- Support day‑to‑day campaign execution to ensure timelines and objectives are met
- Apply established campaign methodologies and best practices
- Collaborate with team members and business stakeholders
- Perform quality assurance testing and troubleshoot issues
- Follow processes to ensure compliance with GCC systems and data standards
- Help resolve issues related to audience logic, data quality, or workflows
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1–3 years of experience supporting or developing marketing campaigns
- Experience with Adobe Campaign or similar platforms
- Basic to intermediate SQL and Excel skills
- Exposure to campaign flows and backend processes
- Basic understanding of HTML and email design principles
- Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills
- Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks
- Willingness to learn and grow technical skills
The base salary range for this role is $95, annually for employees based in Boston, MA. Final compensation may vary and will be determined based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, internal equity, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for an annual incentive bonus and first‑class benefits, which include:
