Responsibilities

Team Grid is the GTM Talent Partner for companies, not a staffing agency. We work with Talent and Sales leaders to design clear, fast, and candidate-friendly interview processes that connect qualified candidates with the right opportunities.

What You ll Do:

• Own outbound from day one and build qualified pipeline.
• Run targeted email, call, and social sequences; iterate fast.
• File documents and organize Google Drive via clear categories.
• Keep CRM spotless and your notes/action items always current.
• Research accounts, map buyers, and tailor tight messaging.
• Hit monthly goals for meetings set and SQOs created.
• Share insights weekly and help refine the playbook and tools.
• Partner with founders/AE s to align on ICP and next moves.
• Support late-stage calls early to learn the full cycle.

• You ll Bring:
• 1+ year of SaaS SDR/BDR experience with consistent results.
• First/early SDR experience at a startup is a strong plus.
• Comfortable in a hybrid rhythm
• Able to work in the U.S. without current sponsorship needs.
• 4-year degree from an accredited college or university

• Founding seat with outsized impact on revenue and hiring.
• Direct mentorship, rapid feedback loops, and visible wins.
• Faster growth path as the GTM team and ARR scale.
