  • Make high‑judgement trade‑offs balancing customer impact, technical complexity, regulatory requirements, and business goals.
  • Use data and experimentation (e.g., A/B tests, holdouts) to evaluate the impact of new automation and AI‑assisted features and iterate based on results.
Customer & Market Insight
  • Conduct market, competitive, and ecosystem analysis across patient engagement, adherence, and care‑coordination solutions to inform strategy.
  • Maintain deep understanding of customer workflows, clinical and administrative requirements, compliance constraints, and competitive landscape.
  • Engage directly with customers and partners to understand pain points, validate solutions, and shape product direction.

  • Partner closely with engineering leads on design, sequencing, and risk mitigation.
Cross‑Functional Influence
  • Communicate product decisions and rationales to senior leadership.
  • Coordinate multi‑squad delivery when your domain touches multiple parts of the platform.
  • Influence processes and practices that elevate product execution across the org.
