Job Summary:
Maven AGI is an enterprise AI platform focused on enhancing customer service through artificial general intelligence. They are seeking a seasoned Partnerships Marketing Manager to lead co-marketing efforts with strategic partners, collaborating with various teams to execute impactful marketing programs that drive brand awareness and revenue.
Responsibilities:
• Define and drive a partner marketing strategy that aligns with GTM goals and unlocks joint value from our ecosystem relationships.
• Lead the creation and execution of co-branded campaigns, events, digital experiences, and product launches with key partners.
• Collaborate on joint messaging and oversee the development of marketing assets including landing pages, one-pagers, case studies, pitch decks, and sales enablement materials.
• Manage partner marketing work streams end to end—tracking deliverables, approvals, and timelines across multiple teams and organizations.
• Serve as the marketing point-of-contact for partner teams, ensuring alignment on positioning, joint goals, and campaign plans.
• Set KPIs, track campaign effectiveness, and report on ROI, providing insights that inform future strategy and resource allocation.
• Partner closely with sales and product marketing to ensure joint campaigns drive pipeline and support sales motions.
• Ensure all partner-facing materials reflect Maven AGI’s brand voice, positioning, and quality standards.
• Support joint event sponsor ships, partner activations, and webinar programs that extend our reach and relevance with enterprise audiences.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 8–10 years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 3 years focused on partner or ecosystem marketing
• Proven track record of building and executing co-marketing initiatives with enterprise tech partners
• Exceptional project management skills—you’re organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple initiatives at once
• Strong writing and communication skills; you know how to tell a compelling joint value story
• Experience working cross-functionally with GTM, brand, sales, and product teams
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot, Marketo)
• Strategic thinker with a bias toward execution—you can build a plan and bring it to life
• Enterprise tech experience required
• Deep curiosity and excitement about AI, enterprise innovation, and partner ecosystems
Preferred:
• Startup or high-growth environment experience
