We are seeking a high-ownership Business Development Manager (BDM) based in North America to spearhead our global sales expansion. In the absence of a dedicated marketing team, this role is ideal for a self-starter who is comfortable building their own outreach engine and brand presence.
The ideal candidate is a consultative seller who understands the software services landscape and knows how to leverage modern AI tools to maximize efficiency. You will identify high-growth opportunities globally and communicate Aeturnum’s value proposition to sophisticated technical and business leaders.
Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Lead Generation & Pipeline Ownership- Proactively build and manage a robust sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, social selling (Linked In), and high-level networking.
- Own the full sales lifecycle, from initial outreach to closing, leveraging referral networks to establish trust with key decision-makers.
- Utilize
AI tools and agents (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) to automate routine research, lead enrichment, and the creation of personalized outreach at scale. - Use AI to accelerate the production of high-quality sales collateral, case studies, and pitch decks, ensuring a rapid and professional response to prospects.
- Define
Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) globally, focusing on VC-backed startups and enterprises needing high-end engineering. - Represent Aeturnum at tech seminars, workshops, and industry conferences.
- Provide strategic input for website updates and manage a routine professional social media presence to establish brand authority.
- Orchestrate the seamless transition of newly closed deals to our global delivery and engineering teams.
- Maintain high-level executive touchpoints post-sale to ensure long-term satisfaction and identify opportunities for account expansion.
