KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Asset Management to join our Digital Nexus technology organization. This is a hybrid work opportunity.

Responsibilities
  • Manage day‑to‑day processes and procedures to support ongoing operations of ITAM Asset Management; act as a subject‑matter expert to support ongoing IT Asset Management projects and implement continuous process improvements.
  • Partner with IT Asset Owners to keep asset information accurate and up‑to‑date throughout the lifecycle; research and implement required business features requested by business units.
  • Maintain and publish asset metrics, create custom reports based on ITAM discovery knowledge and requestor specifications, and provide ITAM Asset Management training.
  • Manage operational workload and priorities and align them with business needs; prioritize issues for timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with Asset Owners to ensure efficient re‑harvesting of hardware assets and with offshore resources to ensure Discovery supports ongoing operations.
  • Develop and implement a SAM communications plan; use the Flexera Network Management Platform (FNMP) software‑asset management tool and perform internal software audits to ensure license compliance.
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG’s respectful and courteous work environment.
Qualifications
  • Minimum five years of recent, in‑depth experience with IT Asset Management lifecycle processes and tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is preferred; industry certifications preferred: ITIL V3, IAITAM certifications (CHAMP, CSAM, or CITAM), PMP, Lean Six Sigma.
  • Experience with Service Now and Discovery technologies; strong project‑management experience with small and large projects in a cross‑functional environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact with individuals at all levels, prioritize, delegate, and foster high‑performance teams in a customer‑service–driven environment.
  • Solid troubleshooting and organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously; ability to participate in resource planning based on defined organizational plans.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without needing visa sponsorship; KPMG does not sponsor employment‑based visas for this opportunity.
