We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Service Now Developer with 6+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must have ITAM/ITOM implementation experience and will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Service Now solutions that drive efficiency and innovation. Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven 4+ years of implementation experience in ITAM/ITOM implementation as Service Now Developer.
- Must have experience with mid server configuration.
- Must have strong knowledge on IT Asset management that includes Hardware asset management and software asset management.
- Real time experience in implementing Asset life cycle.
- Expertise in Service Now modules such as ITAM, or ITOM is a must.
- Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Implement discovery, service mapping and event management.
- Support and guide customers in Service Now Enterprise Asset management implementation.
- Customize Service Now applications, including scripting, UI policies, ACLs, and workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide innovative solutions.
- Integrate Service Now with third-party systems using APIs and other technologies.
- Perform regular platform maintenance, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues promptly.
- Document technical specifications and configurations.
- Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) and CIS
-HAM or CIS –Discovery. - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
