We are seeking an experienced Remote Scrum Master to facilitate Agile practices, support high-performing teams, and ensure the successful delivery of projects. The Scrum Master will coach teams on Scrum principles, remove impediments, and promote continuous improvement while working closely with product owners and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Coach teams on Agile and Scrum best practices to improve collaboration and delivery
- Remove blockers and escalated risks to ensure sprint goals are met
- Partner with Product Owners to manage backlogs and prioritize work
- Track team performance using Agile metrics and promote continuous improvement
- Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous learning
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills
- Experience working with distributed or remote teams preferred
- Must reside in the United States
- Must have valid U.S. work authorization (citizen, permanent resident, or valid work permit)
- Fully remote role within the U.S.
