Director, Financial Systems

We are seeking a Director, Financial Systems to lead finance transformation initiatives within an SAP environment. This role blends deep accounting knowledge with strong systems expertise and is responsible for delivery from process design through implementation and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4

HANA work streams related to General Ledger and Sub-ledger functionality

• Drive end-to-end finance process design, documentation, and requirements definition

• Partner with enterprise technology teams and external vendors on solution design and delivery

• Lead system testing, validation, and deployment activities

• Establish and maintain governance, controls, and documentation across financial systems

• Support evolving accounting and reporting requirements through system enhancements

• Collaborate with finance stakeholders across close, reporting, and planning functions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or a related field

• Hands-on experience with SAP ERP and/or SAP S/4

HANA implementations with a proven track record of success.
