* What You’ll Do:

* ** Find the Talent:
** You’ll be a talent detective, creatively seeking and engaging top-tier talent. You'll build strategic sourcing plans, leveraging everything from advanced boolean and AI-powered sourcing tools to niche communities. Your tenacity means you build relationships that open new talent channels.
* ** Lead the Partnership:
** Recruiting is a team sport, and you're the coach. You’ll use data to influence, advise on market trends, and be the trusted advisor hiring teams rely on to make the best hiring decisions.
* ** Build the Brand:
** You’ll think like a marketer and sell like a recruiter. You'll foster connections to the Snyk brand, ensuring every prospect and candidate has a memorable, positive experience.
* ** Get It Done:
** You’ll push the envelope and go the distance, focusing on quality, converting prospects into candidates and candidates into hires. You own your metrics, your relationships, and your results.

* What You Bring:
***** You’re an
** expert in leading complex searches with a high technical bar
** as a full-cycle technical recruiter, ideally with a mix of agency and in-house at high-growth tech/SaaS companies.
* You're
** AI-curious**. You understand the potential of AI in recruiting and are excited to experiment with (or have already used) tools to optimize sourcing efficiency, candidate outreach, and market intelligence to find talent others can't.
* You are a
** pipeline-builder, not a seat-filler**. Your philosophy is about proactively building and nurturing pipelines that you engage regularly.
* ** You speak tech**. You have the prowess to navigate deep technical conversations about modern tech stacks.
* You're
** data-driven, relentlessly resourceful, and keep all the plates in the air.
** You thrive on managing diverse reqs for globally distributed teams while keeping stakeholders and candidates in lockstep.

** competitive with yourself, you’re an even stronger collaborator**.Annual Base Salary Range: $115,000 – $140,000
Snyk is committed to equal pay for equal work and carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors. Actual compensation may vary based on prior experience, skills, location, internal equity, and other job-related factors. Depending on role eligibility, your offer may also include bonus/commission and/or equity incentive awards.
