We are seeking a Business Development Manager to identify, develop, and manage strategic technology integration partnerships across the Americas. This role is responsible for building high-impact partner relationships, developing joint business strategies, enabling internal sales teams, and driving measurable growth through a technology partner ecosystem.
The ideal candidate brings strong business acumen, experience commercializing technology integrations, and the ability to collaborate across sales, marketing, and global stakeholder teams. This position is based at our Americas headquarters and requires regular travel.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively identify, onboard, and manage strategic technology integration partners, serving as the primary point of contact for assigned partnerships
- Develop and execute strategic partner account plans, including goals, KPIs, milestones, and joint initiatives
- Collaborate with partners to identify new markets, joint go-to-market opportunities, and revenue growth initiatives
- Work cross-functionally with sales leadership, regional teams, distribution, and end customers to enable successful partner engagement
- Influence global stakeholders and collaborate with marketing teams to promote partner solutions and joint value propositions
- Research, evaluate, and document partner technologies that align with high-growth solution areas
- Participate in executive-level strategy discussions with assigned partners
- Contribute feedback to the long-term vision of the technology partner program and developer experience
- Represent the organization at industry events as a spokesperson and subject matter expert
- Develop and maintain competitive intelligence and partner enablement materials
- Track, measure, and report on partner performance, program effectiveness, and business impact
- 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, alliances, or a related role
- Proven experience managing and growing strategic technology partnerships
- Background in security, IT, cloud, infrastructure, or enterprise technology environments
- Strong ability to build trusted relationships at executive, technical, and operational levels
- Demonstrated success influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate technology capabilities into commercial outcomes
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, matrixed organizations
- Willingness to travel up to 50%, including international travel
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
- Sales or sales enablement experience
- Experience using CRM tools and modern productivity platforms
- Industry certifications in networking, cloud, or enterprise IT (preferred but not required)
