1. Basic RequirementInformation Technology experience demonstrating each of the following competencies:
Attention to Detail, Customer Service, Oral Communication and Problem Solving. This experience may have been gained by performing the following types of duties:
Ensuring IT systems availability, functionality integrity and efficiency; performing the full spectrum of litigation support services to include database administration, e-discovery, and trial preparation; and planning, organizing and evaluating the work of subordinates.
In addition, to be eligible at the GS-13 level, you must meet at least one full year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level in Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as:
- Presenting complex electronic evidence and implementing suitable technical solutions to manage commonly found and complex electronically stored information.
- Planning and improving information systems to meet the needs of customer requirements.
- Analyzing, developing, and supporting an e‑Litigation program providing technical and strategic advice on litigation technology applications to meet e‑Litigation objectives.
- Possessing strong customer service and communication skills (written and oral) to include experience in writing technical documents; creating user guides for end users; evaluating and reporting on accomplishments; and presenting to various stakeholders from end users to senior management.
