Competencies:

10+ years experience required.

Digital: SAP S/4

HANA Enterprise Management – Finance – Financial Planning & Analysis.

Ability to demonstrate understanding of end‑to‑end business processes from record to report. At least 3 years of SAP S4 HANA FI/CO module experience; S4 HANA certification in any FI course preferred. 8 to 15 years of hands‑on functional configuration with SAP FI/CO Modules (GL, AP, cost and profit center accounting, fixed assets, internal orders, consolidations, banks, AR, product costing, taxes, US GAAP, FI‑MM, FI‑SD integrations, special purpose ledgers, account‑based COPA, business partners).

Ability to quickly identify problems and recommend solutions. Debug ABAP code. Experience with third‑party system integration (VIM/Open Text, external tax engine), Blackline, standard FIORI apps, and ICMR.

• Provide solutions for leveraging standard SAP S4 HANA Finance functionality and enabling requirements while maximizing ROI.
• Translate business needs into solution architecture requirements, understanding both short‑term and long‑term IT investment perspectives.
• Support SAP Finance and Controlling globally, developing relationships with IT staff and business stakeholders.
• Perform root‑cause analysis on persistent or major software application problems.
• Dive into existing code and configuration to determine necessary enhancements.
• Provide technical direction for complex SAP S4 finance system issues.
• Give end‑user support during month‑end and quarter‑end closings.
• Support functional reporting, interfaces, and enhancements; prepare design documents and detailed specifications for ABAP programming.
• Plan workloads and coordinate onsite/offshore resources.
