Pega’s Advanced Platform team is a part of our Specialist Solutions Consulting organization. This team acts as trusted advisors and technical strategists, driving discovery and solution design for emerging technologies while mentoring field teams and enabling best practices for successful adoption. We influence product direction through continuous feedback loops with Product Management and Engineering, ensuring innovations align with client needs and market differentiation.

By collaborating closely with Go-To-Market (GTM) teams, we execute strategic programs that accelerate adoption, deliver compelling demos and proof-of-concept engagements, and empower sales and consulting teams to win with high-impact, value-driven solutions.

You will be at the forefront of C-level transformation conversations, partnering with executives to architect and evangelize how Pega’s AI-first platform can reshape complex enterprise scenarios and modern architectures. You’ll translate vision into action—designing and delivering partner-powered solutions that not only inspire but also operationalize AI in pragmatic, scalable ways. Your approach is deeply hands‑on: you lead immersive workshops and hackathons that drive real behavioral change, equipping partners to adopt and champion modern, AI‑powered delivery.

Architect & Build

• Prototype, design, and implement partner‑powered Blueprints, reference architectures, and repeatable technical assets

• Lead end‑to‑end solution flows—from initial concept through to experiential test drives—on high‑impact opportunities; publish patterns, demo narratives, and accelerators that set industry benchmarks.

• Develop integration playbooks and guide partners in launching innovative offers (e.g., AWS Marketplace) and reusable technology assets that drive scalable transformation.

• Champion the operationalization of AI: architect practical, scalable solutions that embed AI into real‑world workflows, ensuring partners can leverage advanced capabilities to solve complex business challenges.

• Apply deep expertise in enterprise technology and solution architecture to engineer transformative outcomes, positioning technology as a catalyst for measurable business value. Distinguish solutions through strategic utilization of innovative capabilities and a track record of success, establishing clear competitive advantage and technical leadership in the marketplace.

Run Workshops & Hackathons

• Own and facilitate deep‑dive technical workshops and hands‑on hackathons, immersing partner teams in the latest innovations and capabilities (such as our latest UX architecture, or AI innovations)

• Address technology with authority—transforming skeptics into advocates through practical demonstration and collaborative problem‑solving.

• Evangelize with Executive Presence

• Serve as a CTO‑level advisor to partner business and technical leaders, delivering compelling demos and proof‑of‑concept solutions that “prove by doing.”

• You are an accomplished technology evangelist and solution architect who combines executive presence with hands‑on expertise to drive complex enterprise transformations and partner delivery excellence.

• Expert in AI‑first solution architecture with Global System Integrator experience; advises on enterprise technology strategy, aligning initiatives to business goals

• Proven experience in partner delivery, guiding teams through modernization and autonomous solutioning across diverse industries

• Thrive in both strategic whiteboard discussions with CTOs and executives and hands‑on technical work, ensuring seamless translation of vision into actionable outcomes.

• Familiar with hyperscaler AI/ML services (e.g., Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, GCP Vertex AI), with the ability to architect and deliver cloud‑native solutions, drive joint co‑sell motions with hyperscaler partners, and accelerate adoption through marketplace offerings.
