Here’s what you’d do- You'll help bring opportunities for seamless, scalable, and customer‑centric experiences to life by researching, analyzing, and designing customer experience improvements.
- Plan and conduct qualitative customer research activities and quantitative testing throughout the project lifecycle, including collaborative sessions with customers and development partners to validate designs and make iterative improvements.
- Plan and lead ideation workshops with cross‑functional partners to define and shape feasible and coordinated solutions.
- Envision and visualize new customer journeys and experiences and bring them to life through creative storytelling / Create 'beta' experiences of service flows (e.g., role‑play, Wizard of Oz testing, clickable workflows).
- Demonstrate thought leadership by engaging with designers throughout the company and beyond to share best practices and promote collaboration.

- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in customer experience design, service design, human‑centered design, or UX design.
- Ability to design whole systems, not just interface elements or static pages.
- Ability to rapidly prototype large‑scale concepts as well as smaller, more thoughtful individual interactions.
- Comfort working in Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.
- Great listening skills.
- Interest and comfort in applying AI tools in practice and to stay up to date with AI‑led experience benchmarks.
- A passion for improving the customer experience, solving problems, and leading collaboration across teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- A highly ambitious and entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment.
- Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
